Job Description
A rotational year across group businesses — designed for driven graduates who want to learn by doing.
Specific Responsibilities
- Rotate across 3–4 group business units over a 12-month period.
- Shadow senior managers and contribute to live projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Complete a capstone project at the end of the programme.
Professional Qualification
Any bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Strong academics preferred.
Experience
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
